Loyalty levels will be set when the early bird discount comes off sale and then the loyalty scheme will kick into play.
Early bird will finish on midnight on the 31 May 2018 or when we have sold 50% of the whole BYOC.
One level is added to a customer’s loyalty for each event they attend.
When we set the scheme up from the 27th November all current GOLD members will be ranked as a diamond level 8. This then secures them the same level of discount when we reset the scheme.
The new BYOC loyalty scheme comes into effect when the early bird period ends.
There are 10 levels in the new scheme and 4 tiers which customers are assigned based on their attendance level.
This is the tier which every customer starts on. This tier does not come with any discount on ticket price. Once a customer reaches level 3 their account will increase to silver tier.
Silver tier will give customers a £10 discount on their BYOC ticket for an insomnia event . Once a customer reaches level 5 their account will increase to Gold tier.
Gold tier will give customers a £15 discount on their BYOC ticket for an insomnia event . Once a customer reaches level 8 their account will increase to Diamond tier.
Diamond tier will give customers a £20 discount on their BYOC ticket for an insomnia event . Diamond tier customers you purchase a standard BYOC ticket during early bird will also get a free upgrade to a BYOC priority ticket for that event only.
1 discount per insomnia event per customer only. Loyalty discounts do not stack for multiple ticket purchases.
If you have not attended the event then your loyalty ranking will freeze, awaiting your booking for the next event, after the next event your loyalty will then increase if you attend and for all non attended customers it will decrease. As an example if you miss one event then your loyalty will stay at the same level, if you miss 2 consecutive events then your loyalty will start to decrease and will drop 1 level per consecutive event you do not attend
